3.25 stars. Nice story about the adorkable Weston who creates mascots for a design company, and the misunderstood Productivity Specialist, Simon, who is bought in to streamline their business. Weston is a frustrated writer in his spare time, suffering from writer's block. But once the handsome Simon arrives his dreams become rich with inspirational characters and complex stories. This is where the book faltered a little for me. The dream sequences were too randomly placed in the story and overly long. They distracted me from the main romance and affected the rhythm of the book. I must admit I skimmed some parts of them to get back to Weston and Simon.
